Change of Accounting Reference Date
The Company announces that  it is changing its accounting reference date from 30 June to 31 March. The Board has taken this decision in order to bring the Company into line with its subsidiaries following completion of the reverse takeover in February 2021.

Consequently, the first results of the enlarged group following admission to the Access Segment of the AQSE Growth Market will be for the period ended 31 March 2021.
