Extension of exercise period of warrants
Baskerville (BASK) has warrants outstanding over 2,000,000 ordinary shares exercisable at 2.5p per share and over 11,500,000 ordinary shares exercisable at 7.5p per share. These warrants will expire on the second anniversary of the Company’s listing, being 22 September 2019.

The directors have today executed a deed poll to extend the exercise period of the warrants to the fourth anniversary of listing, being 22 September 2021. The directors have extended the exercise period because they believe the warrant-holders may support the Company in any future fundraising.

Rodger Sargent, Chairman of Baskerville said: “We continue to pursue technology deals and are closer, though not yet concluded, to agreeing our first deal. We will of course update shareholders further as soon as possible.”
