Director Share Dealing & PDMR Issue of Options

Oberon Investments Group Plc, the boutique wealth management and corporate broking
group, announces the acquisition by The Hon. Robert Hanson, Non-Executive Chairman, of 1,491,674
ordinary shares of 0.5p in Oberon (‘Ordinary Shares’) at 6.85p per share on 07 October 2021, and the
award on 6 October 2021 of options over 625,000 Ordinary Shares (the “Options”) to Simon Mathisen,
Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and PDMR, under its EMI Option Scheme at an exercise price of 4p
per share.

Following the share purchase, Robert Hanson holds 1,491,674 shares in Oberon representing 0.36%
of the issued share capital.

The Options awarded to Simon Mathisen will vest equally in three annual tranches over the following
three years. Simon Mathisen does not own any Ordinary Shares or hold other share options in Oberon.

Following this award, the Company has 57,023,625 Ordinary Shares under option, representing 13.8%
of the current issued share capital of the Company.
